Kati Barnes

Kati received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. While at USC Kati also attended Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence, Italy, and a certificate program from the James Beard Foundation in New York City. Kati’s professional career began in property management at one of Hilton Head Island’s most successful property management companies. She transitioned into real estate with The Reed Group one of Bluffton’s leading developers in Master Plan communities followed by a successful career in new home sales for Logan Homes. Kati is now a highly seasoned real estate professional dedicated to providing exceptional service. During her free time, you’ll catch her outside, at the beach or on the boat with her son and two boys. Kati also enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling, and gardening.
